Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

3. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

6. No Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with details of your order, and we will determine whether a refund is appropriate.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we may not be able to make changes as processing begins quickly.
